1. I'm Ashley.

2. I, too, have a great sense of humor--I love puns, dad jokes, and a perfectly timed "that's what she said!"

3. I am a strength coach here in Norman and opened a small studio space to offer a safe and inclusive space for people who want to feel strong and empowered to move their bodies.

4. I admire your stellar follow through.
