You really can't ask for a better location than right off of historic Main Street. Whether it's a quiet morning workout you enjoy or popping in on a lunch break before grabbing food at one of the many local eats, the area is beautiful and perfect for an after workout stroll.

The studio space is inside of Fusion Fitness and Yoga, a perfectly-sized space for one-on-one training that has been outfitted with what I have determined to be the best and most essential strength tools (and some fun toys!) to get you strong and have some fun while we do it!
